Manitowoc OEM fan motor. 115v fan motor, also known as part number 7629423 or 7629429.  This fan motor is a Magnetek fan motor developed for Manitowoc ice machines and is a OEM manufacturer supplied motor.

This fan motor is most commonly used on the Q400 remote ice makers.  This fan motor would be used inside the remote condenser, model number JC0495.

This is not the correct fan motor for traditional air-cooled ice machines.
