We offer the highest quality of home-reared beef from our herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle. Our calves are born and reared within 5 miles of the farm shop so our food miles are very low.

Our Aberdeen Angus Brisket is partially trimmed by our butchers and requires long slow cooking. Perfect as a rolled joint in the slow cooker or can be purchased flat which has been a very popular cut for our customers that have smokers.
